At waterdrop®, we want you to be fully satisfied with your hydration experience; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, food products like our Microdrinks can only be returned if the safety seal remains intact.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
